Return Policy

If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective , please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure your issue is resolved at earliest.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and provided along with an unboxing video.

If you are approved, we will deliver new product or offer a refund/ partial refund on your purchase payment.

If the product was shipped correctly and the return is due to personal preference (not damage or defect), we will review the request with our management. If accepted, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Return Policy, if applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or store credit.
